ECommerce content creation for Shopstar.pe
Introduction
Shopstar is a digital marketplace, part of the Intercorp group. It was born in 2019 as an opportunity to generate transactions with exclusive discounts for more than 6 million customers of Interbank bank.
The requirements of this marketplace are great considering that in Peru there is competition such as Falabella.com, Diners Club Mall, Juntoz, Mercado Libre, Amazon, among others. This scenario demands constant price changes or stock renewal, generating the need for high volume and high speed content production.
The challenge
Shopstar needed creative proposals, branded content focused on branding and performance for the web, eMail and social media, as well as attention through digital channels. However, Shopstar could not achieve its objectives because the demand for content was high, they did not have branding pieces and had to hire extra services to communicate their campaigns, assuming higher costs than those budgeted monthly.

We were asked to take on the production of content for Shopstar’s digital channels (sales and branding content) and manage their social media. Our goal was to optimize the digital content production process, improve the speed of delivery and achieve 100% of the planned content for all their campaigns, including information changes, with no associated cost overruns, and achieve the planned sales.

Resultado
From the first month of service, we achieved the objectives set by Shopstar, producing more content than expected, avoiding cost overruns for the brand and ensuring that its sales are as projected and even exceeded.
Currently Shopstar has greater capacity for content in multiple digital advertising formats, without the need to increase the fee, thanks to the constant optimization and automation of our processes.
